Every company "guarantees" their work. What makes yours different?
Most service guarantees mean a refund or a credit. The BioSweep guarantee means we come back and do the work again, at no charge. The difference is that a refund puts the problem back in your hands. A re-treatment solves it. That distinction matters more when you have a listing going live in three days.
Has anyone ever had to use the guarantee?
Yes, and we have no shame admitting that. We proudly stand behind our work and will treat a space until you are satisfied. It is rare to have to perform a re-treatment, but they do occasionally happen.
What if the smell comes back six months later?
The BIOSWEEP process eliminates the odor at the molecular level rather than masking it. Once the source molecules are neutralized, there is no mechanism for the same odor to return, unless a new odor source is introduced. If you smell something six months later and it is genuinely the same issue, call us. The guarantee has no stated expiration.
Is BIOSWEEP safe for kids and pets after the treatment?
Yes. BIOSWEEP leaves no chemical residue. Once the treatment period is complete and the property has been aired out, it is safe for children, pets, and adults with respiratory sensitivities.
Can I get the guarantee in writing before I commit?
